Maximum wrapping efficiency

Quadriga can wrap up to 35 pallets per hour, achieving an average cost saving of 45%. Designed to deliver maximum performance with minimal space requirements (5.5 m x 7.5 m), it enables autonomous and continuous operation through its cyclical positioning system.

How does Quadriga work?

An operator places a pallet in each of the four input positions and activates the pushbutton. The Aranco AGV wrapping machine moves automatically, wrapping each pallet and returning it to its initial position sequentially. This process is repeated continuously, guaranteeing maximum productivity and uniformity.
