ARANCO has successfully completed the first milestone of the “SMART INTEROPERABILITY PLATFORM” project with the financial support of the CDTI and European Union through the Spanish Multiregional Plurirregional de España 2014-2020.
El objetivo general del proyecto es el desarrollo de una plataforma que permita la analítica predictiva y prescriptiva de servicios de mantenimiento de máquinas envolvedoras, desarrollando para ello los componentes hardware y software para disponer de la interoperabilidad necesaria entre los diferentes actores de la plataforma.
Technical objectives.
- Connectivity y normalización de datos both with new machines (and other devices) and with the existing machine park (backwards compatible).
- Gestión de dispositivos en tiempo real: monitorización y operación en remoto.
- Distribución y almacenamiento de datos de forma escalable.
- Procesamiento, automatización y gestión de procesos a partir de eventos: reglas de ejecución de operaciones.
- Analítica: agrupación de datos y aprendizaje automático.
- Visualisation of graphics in dashboards and decision support.
- Interoperability entre interfaces externas: integración con sistemas de terceros.
