The ME-2200 is a mobile rotary arm stretch wrapper that goes to the pallet, not the other way around. Mounted on an electric pallet truck, the operator drives it directly to the exact location of the load and performs the wrapping cycle without the need to move the pallet to a fixed station.
Designed and manufactured by Aranco in Spain, it complies with CE regulations and delivers the same performance as a fixed stretch wrapper: up to 40 pallets per hour, including unstable pallets, picking pallets, and loads with varying heights.

Specially designed for the WaaS Service, it uses our high-performance stretch films, with greater load retention capacity (memory) and environmental improvement due to a 50% reduction in waste.
It allows wrapping up to 40 pallets per hour of any type of load, including unstable pallets, picking pallets, pallets with different heights, etc.
It has a touch display to program numerous cycles and different wrapping options.
The stretch wrapping machine is permanently connected remotely to our central machine management system, which allows us to prevent breakdowns, detect possible problems in advance, etc.
The machine is equipped with a laser device that detects the presence of people near the turning radius of the wrapping arm and stops it automatically to avoid impacts.
The WaaS Service includes a preventive maintenance plan for the machine, on-site assistance within 24/48 hours and instant remote assistance throughout Spain, Portugal, France, Germany and the Benelux countries.

Mobility: the ME-2200 moves directly to the exact location of the load, eliminating unproductive pallet truck movements between different areas of the warehouse. It is particularly useful in facilities with multiple shipping points or layouts that change frequently.
Cost saving: our high-performance films specially developed for this stretch wrapping machine guarantee demonstrable cost saving.
Waste reduction: the wrapping machine optimizes and reduces the use of stretch film (approx. 50%), and guarantees an optimal securing of the wrapped goods during transport.
High autonomy: a fully charged battery can wrap between 100 and 150 pallets, equivalent to a full work shift in most facilities, with a charging time of 6 to 7 hours. No battery changes are required during the shift, and there is no need for intermediate stops for partial recharging.
